Returns & Cancellations

At Spiranox, every item is handmade and often made-to-order. Because of the personalized and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is placed.

However, we want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem with your item—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong product—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Wrong Shipping Address?

Did you make a mistake in your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once a package has left our facility, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.


Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Marrakech, Morocco, using Poste Maroc or trusted local couriers.
We ship Monday through Friday and do our best to dispatch your order within the estimated time frame listed on the product page.

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and parcel size.
We do not offer free shipping unless clearly stated during promotions.


Packaging

All items are securely packaged by hand to protect your order during international transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.


Warranty

We take pride in the quality and durability of our handmade items. If a defect occurs due to a production or material issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the situation. This does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, water exposure, or general wear and tear.


Complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If anything went wrong, please let us know and we’ll work to fix it.
